DOUBLE HELLES
We felt that lagers are
being left out of the new revolution, so try this one! This spring,
break out a bottle or three on that first sunny warm spring day when
you get that itch. Make sure to grill some bratwurst and heck throw on
some sauerkraut for good measure. Use a good fresh Portuguese roll and
warm it on the grill as well. Serve with a green tomato pickle and
wedges of a goat cheese. The lager should be chilled in the snow of
course!
