Vermont Hop and Vermont Malt

The first of three IPA’s featuring all Vermont grown ingredients.  Centennial hop first, mid April Cascade Hop, then May will be Nugget.  

Aromatic Centennial Hops Grown in the Champlain Valley Hops yard.  Starksborough Vermont Beautiful Pale Malt Grain grown in St. Johnsbury Valley and malted by Peterson’s Quality Malt in Charlotte Vermont

Dance Party New England IPA

Brewed  for all the luscious tropical fruit flavors of the hops, and a milder abv of 5.5%.  Originally we canned this in a 12oz, now due to the “candemic” it is available in the always popular 16 oz. can.  Go ahead enjoy the hops without all the buzz!  Mild  NEIPA Hazy , Juicy blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy

Dancin’ DIPA New England IPA

Hazy , Juicy IPA beautiful citrus aroma with pineapple notes from the hops. A blend of Azacca , Southern Cross, Citra, Mosaic

Limited Access DIPA

Limited Access is a Double IPA with a smooth taste. The Australian Galaxy hop drives the flavor of this beer, giving it hints of citrus, passionfruit, and tropical fruits.

Vermont Hop Harvest

Cascade, Centennial, Chinook Hops grown in Harwick, Vermont at Whitefield Hop Yard. Brewed with Peterson’s Quality Pale Malt from Charlotte.  Aromas of Citrus, Grapefruit and Pine

Belvidere Big IPA

Cascade, Amarillo, Mosaic, Azacca, and Simcoe hops round out this delicious IPA with a nice malt flavor

Magnumus ete Tomahawkus

Tomahawk and Magnum hops  in this West Coast style IPA,  hoppy and bitter balanced with a generous malt body.

Real Fruit Seltzer

Guava Passion Fruit -Vermont Spiked Seltzer

100% real guava and passion fruit, Brewed with organic cane sugar for 4.5% abv, no added sugar, 90 cal. gluten and hop free for those with sensitivities. Pure and Natural the Vermont Way, you can feel good about these seltzers!

Blueberry  -Vermont Spiked Seltzer

100% real blueberry fruit, Brewed with organic cane sugar for 4.5% abv, no added sugar, 90 cal. gluten and hop free for those with sensitivities. Pure and Natural the Vermont Way, you can feel good about these seltzers!

Mango -Vermont Spiked Seltzer

Chocolate Raspberry Stout

Smell the Raspberries, blended with wonderful chocolate and hints of roasted grains.  This is a great addition to the bonfire with friends, or as a dessert.  Be sure to share one with a friend, Sweet and satisfying.

Ginger Beer

Refreshing light ale brewed with ginger that our brewers prepare fresh the day of the brew! It takes 8 hours to uniquely prepare fresh ginger root for our brew, at the same time we add lemons, and absolutely NO HOPS ! Yes we brew the way we want here, and this beer needs no hops. Let the ginger and lemon shine !

A River Runs Gruit

A beer with no hops ! Just delicious herbs. A unique twist on an age old beer style. Brewed with Lavender, Rose-hips, Elderberry, and Chamomile. Refreshing with an herbal tea quality.

Ridge Runner – Bold Ale

Ridge Runner is to malts what a double IPA is to hops. The beer is very smooth-drinking with a prominent caramel flavor from the malts and a distinct brown color. Formerly considered a lower alcohol Barley Wine, it’s 7.2% ABV fell behind the Barley Wine standards as ABV’s steadily rose over the past two decades, and thus is now called a Bold Vermont Ale

Vermonster – Barleywine

Ridge Runner’s big brother, this beer has all the same ingredients as Ridge Runner, with more of everything. The Vermonster was created to celebrate Rock Art’s 10th anniversary and was built using themes of ten. 10% alcohol, 100 bittering units, and brewed with 110 pounds of malt per barrel. The malts definitely drive the flavor of this beer by contributing a pleasant caramel note and hiding the taste of the alcohol, which is a challenging feat to accomplish in a beer this strong. Fresh it has a huge hop nose and flavor almost IPA like. Lay it down and mellow it for more of a malt profile.

Black Currant Saison

Our delicious Saison re-fermented on Black Currants. A mild Saison body with the fruits upfront and a nice rosy color.  -contains sulfites –

Vermont Maple Wheat

Mildly sweet amber body with a beautiful hint of maple from dark syrup sourced locally from Dodge’s Mansion Sugar House in Johnson, VT.

Scotch Ale – Wee Heavy

Caramel malt body, hint of peat smoked grains, roasty background, slight warming from the 9% abv. Enjoy on cool Summer Evenings or Cold Winter days…..

Porter

Rich and chewy with a hint  of roastyness.  Possibly a meal in a can!

Gose  and now available Blackberry Gose

Slightly tart with a hint of salt and coriander.  A classic style to enjoy anytime of day or season

Bohemian Pilsner

Crisp Pilsner brewed to traditional style. A clean clipping bitterness and low abv for easy enjoyment.

Barrel Aged Beers

Russian Imperial Stout

A rich velvety RIS with huge notes of caramel and roast. Whiskey barrel flavors include vanilla at various ages, as this one melds over the years. Generally barrel aged 6 – 8 months at the brewery with an additional year of bottle conditioning lets you enjoy this big beer’s journey immediately, or lay it down to your taste. You get to decide when you like it best.

Barrel Aged Vermonster

Our delicious Vermonster tamed a bit by barrel aging it for 6 – 8 months and then bottle conditioning it another year or so before we release. If you enjoy The Vermonster but find the hop profile too prominent when fresh, this beer is for you. Those hops have long faded away, leaving a beautiful dark malt body with raisin and caramel notes and a nice body warming from the abv.

20th DIPA

Brewed in celebration of our second decade of awesome beers in 2017! A big NEIPA Hazy , Juicy blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy

Twin Tip DIPA

Twin Tip is our winter  Double IPA and features crystal malts which give it a slightly sweeter and darker amber malt body. The Chinook and Amarillo hops are featured in this Double IPA, giving it hints of grapefruit, citrus, and pine.

Nawch Hoppa DIPA

Nawch Hoppa is a really nice double IPA with an earthy quality and prominent notes of pine and resin. Hops include Falconer and Amarillo

Mosaic DIPA

This single-hop IPA showcases the Mosaic hop, aptly named for the mosaic of flavors it contributes to any beer. Ours has a pleasant blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and piney flavors, as well as some juicy characteristics.
